Kesarval The Fern Goa, Verna, Series by Marriott

I want to recognize Pritam ekka, a waiter at fern kesarval hotel verna, for the wonderful service. He was polite, attentive, and always smiling, checked on us regularly without hovering, and made sure our meals were right. He was professional and friendly throughout. Easily the best hotel dining experience we’ve had, and highly recommended.

The hotel made for a comfortable, worthwhile stay, with a good atmosphere and helpful essentials such as a welcome drink and bathroom kits. Pramod was cooperative and made sure we were welcomed on time. He helped with our luggage and got quick room support for us. Vishal and Kaif looked after our meals. Vishal greeted us with a smile and such care that we ended up eating more than we could. They prepared our plates, brought the meals we asked for, and kept our water glasses topped up. Everyone at the hotel was active and helpful, but those three names came to mind while writing this.

A lovely small hotel, and handy if you’re passing through since it’s only 20mins from Goa airport. The restaurant food was lively and full of flavor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you don’t enjoy spice, ask for less, because even the mild option had quite a kick.

Getting around from The Fern Kesarval was easy, with the highway close by and good connections to South Goa, North Goa, and the airport. We picked it for that reason, then found the stay was better than we expected. The room was roomy, spotless, and looked after well, and breakfast was decent. Everything went smoothly from arrival through checkout. The staff were welcoming and quick to help. I’d gladly stay here again on my next Goa trip, and really recommend it.
