Kharvi Abode Betul Goa

A small, cozy place with a pleasant coastal view, and it really felt like home during our one-night stay at Neemrana three waters. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the food was tasty and homely. A very good choice for a night or two.

We spent ages on the balcony watching boats, birds, the water, sunrise, and sunset. Our Three Waters View room looked out over the backwaters, sal river, betul beach, and ocean, and the property has an easygoing local Goan village feel. It's simple, chic, and classy, peaceful and away from the noise, with very pleasant staff and great food. The local fisherpeople took us out early one morning to see dolphins, which was a great experience. Getting to the property is easy, and we walked around it to betul fort. The fort area was filthy, with litter everywhere, and people using it as an 'alcohol adda'. We felt unsafe there, so I'd suggest enjoying the property itself. For a trip out, Cavelossim and Morbor beaches are nearby. We had a great time at the fisherman's wharf restaurant, cavelossim, with good vibes and great food.

This small hotel sits where two rivers meet the Arabian Sea. The architecture and decor feel ethnic, and the property is well maintained. Only three rooms have full river views; the others have partial views. The courteous, professional staff were helpful, and breakfast was generous and elegant, though the chef's cooking strays from authenticity. The little pool didn't look inviting.

Mr. Surender's thoughtful service was the standout for me. He was courteous and helpful, anticipated small needs, and offered local suggestions, which made the visit feel personal and welcoming. The property itself is beautiful, with a calm setting away from Goa's usual bustle. Neemrana’s Three Waters in Betul has a heritage style and a carefully considered feel throughout. A memorable stay.
