Mr Manish Chintamani, the manager, is basically handling things on his own and did try to make our stay comfortable within the conditions there. Beyond him, though, there was practically no service for guests. I stayed at The Sequeiras in mid-November 2025, in a lane between Majorda and Betalbatim beaches. It’s somewhat secluded compared with Colva, and there’s no food at the hotel or nearby. The building seems to have been a local residence converted into a very mediocre hotel. The room decor was below par and didn’t match the photos. At Rs 2250 per night, it felt overpriced for shabby rooms. There were no basic tables or plug points, and little thought seemed to have gone into what visitors might need to be comfortable. The owners could make this a better place to spend the night by putting some of their profits into decorating and basic furniture. I’d suggest they do that, or people may not come back. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for value for money or good memories. Consider somewhere else, such as Colva, or see the place before staying. Don’t book online based on the photos if value for money matters to you.
