I had a really good stay here, especially for an economical price outside the festive season. It's quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature, and Patnem Beach is about a five-minute walk away. The rooms match the photos, with lots of space, a large comfortable bed, a clean roomy bathroom, bright big glass windows, and a balcony with comfy chairs. The service was good, and when I requested room cleaning, it was done thoroughly. There was no disturbance during my stay. My one issue was the Wi-Fi, which was very weak in my room. They might need stronger routers for better coverage. I'll stay here again on my next Patnem trip.

We've stayed here twice and will keep coming back whenever we're in Patnem. It's only a five-minute walk to the beach, and the staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms are pretty basic but have what you need, with lots of space and a great balcony.

A peaceful stay just a two-minute walk from the bustle of Patnem beach. For budget accommodation, it feels close to the luxury end, with hot water, a lovely balcony, and a large room. Highly recommended, perfect!

The rooms are spacious, and the service and upkeep were okay. It's easy to find and in a very good location. Worth considering for a stay in Patnem, Goa.
