Mrs. Vitika deserves a special thank you for managing the property with such care and attention to detail. The cleaning staff were professional and kept everything spotless. The location is hard to beat, close to the beach and with good nearby hotels for dining. We loved the peaceful feel of the surrounding gardens and the elegant design. This three-bedroom villa was well equipped, with all the kitchen utensils we needed, plus good-quality towels, handwash, and bathroom amenities. From the moment we arrived, it felt like our own private home rather than a rental. A true home away from home, and a must-stay in my book.

I spent two days here and had a wonderful stay. It was comfortable, clean, and beautiful, and the arrangements were organized and thoughtfully handled. The atmosphere felt calm, positive, and welcoming. Highly recommended if you’re after comfort and good vibes! 🌿✨

The biggest drawback is getting to nearby restaurants or the beach on foot if you don’t have your own transport. You can walk, but with young children you have to use the road, which is typical in Goa/India. The closest beach, though, is beautiful and clean. We stayed in a four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa at Calvin's Retreat, despite having read negative reviews about the apartments. It was spacious, modern, and clean, with AC and fans in every room. The bathrooms had great hot water, the kitchen had a good fridge/freezer and a tap water filter, and the washing machine was handy. Wi-Fi was fast and worked really well. Staff service was excellent. They set up a WhatsApp group for requests and replied quickly. I asked for a kettle, and someone brought it within five minutes. The pool was clean but very cold since it wasn’t heated. Some reviews mention restricted pool hours, but that wasn’t a problem for us. We had a lovely stay, and I’d recommend it.

The pool was great, though it could use a sitting area. Restaurants nearby are good, and I’d recommend Misha’s Hut. It’s a nice place if you want to avoid crowds, even on New Year’s. Just note it’s a bit far from the beach and market on foot. With transport, everything is close, and if you enjoy walking, it could suit you. The rooms are spacious and have a fully functional kitchen. There are two single futon mattresses in the rooms, and the housekeeping crew was quick and top notch. Shobha aunty and Navi were always helpful. They add you to a WhatsApp group, so you can ask for whatever you need without hesitation. Great place to stay.

The villa was beautiful, peaceful, and felt safe. The woman in charge was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. My daughter and I even got to have a quick splash in the common pool, though it has limited hours. Our stay was short but memorable. A lovely experience, highly recommended!
