OYO 65852 Blue Ocean Pearl

No one was available at reception after 11:30, and there was no housekeeping or person to contact in an emergency. My cell network wasn't working there, which made that especially worrying. The advertised amenities were missing: no wifi, no tea maker or kitchen utensils, just three dirty glasses, and the geyser didn't work. Drinking water came only when requested, then we had to carry extra bottles in from outside. This was the worst place I've stayed, and the experience has made me doubt OYO hotels. I blame fake reviews and misleading photos on the website or app, and won't trust OYO pictures or book without visiting a place personally.

I checked around 10 hotels and found the advertising for this hotel and others to be full of lies. My experience was disgusting, with no service available. There was no wifi, kitchen, tea, food, water, geyser, or AC. You could end up with nobody at reception and no one there to discuss problems with. OYO is misleading people, so don't trust them. I'm going to file a consumer case against OYO and seek a refund.

Worst experience I've had so far. OYO has started lying about the amenities at the place you're visiting. The apartment had no reception, and the owner was extremely rude and uncooperative, offering no help. The hotel owner also provided no food or water, so you have to buy everything outside.

The rooms are very good, and the area is nice to stay in. There’s a Honda Civic taxi available, with petrol charged according to the fuel price. The owner’s son seemed committed to growing the business toward Cavelossim and said they’d be opening shortly in partnership with pbc. ✌️
