We stayed for six months and it was a gorgeous experience. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, and the place really felt like home. Prahira, the host and owner, is so kind and sweet. The people there are attentive and wonderfully nice. There’s a different vibe here, with foreigners staying at the place and all sorts of people to meet. Once you’ve visited and spent time there, you won’t want to leave. It’s one of the best options in the south for a short or long stay, close to patnem / Paloem / agonda beach.

The hospitality made the whole stay relaxing and enjoyable. There’s a peaceful feel, and the spacious rooms are great for a Goa retreat. The beach is only a short walk away, which adds to the appeal.

This was excellent for the price, and the hosts Priya, Pooja, and Prakash were friendly, kind, and always willing to help. The location is convenient and peaceful. There’s loads of space: a big living room, dining hall, two bedrooms, a large kitchen with a gas stove, fridge, and utensils, plus a balcony. It has what you need to look after yourself and feel at home. My one small wish is for two bathrooms, or at least a separate toilet and bathroom, which would make things easier for families or groups. Highly recommended for an affordable, spacious stay in south Goa.
