We arrived very early in the morning, although check-in was at 11 am, and they arranged a room for us right away without charging extra. We really appreciated that. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The in-house restaurant was very good too, with tasty, good-quality food and a hygienic place to eat. We had a comfortable, pleasant stay at Patnem Beach Park Apartment in South Goa and would like to come back on our next visit to Goa.

We paid over ₹3 lakh for an extended stay in Flat 108, and a bag kept inside the flat went missing. The caretaker had access to the room, but management gave us neither a satisfactory investigation nor proper support. Basic amenities were also poorly maintained. We were left disappointed by the security and service.

The location was just right, near everything but still peaceful. The place was spotless, nicely decorated, and had all I needed. [Belanti] was so kind and quick to respond, and really went out of the way to make me comfortable. I had a great stay and would happily come back. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting.

It felt like home while we were there. The place was fully furnished with all the essentials, and my family and I really enjoyed the stay.

The pool is huge and nice, but that was about the only good part for me. There were red ants all over the rooms, spider webs, and the place felt unhygienic. The interiors were poorly done, management responded terribly, and the parking was strange. The kids' play area was soiled. PATHETIC, HOPELESS. Don't go here.
