About 10 years ago, I paid Rs 30000/- to this hotel as a deposit under a subscription scheme. When I asked about it later, they refused to give me even a single night's room, saying it had been “very long.” They didn't refund a single rupee either. That was completely unacceptable and untrustworthy. I'd strongly recommend avoiding this property. Plenty of better managed hotels value their guests and keep their word.

A little overcrowded.

I've been a Karma Group member for 13 years and upgraded to the top tier, Emerald, in 2021. I expected better availability for my chosen dates and locations than I had before, but that hasn't happened. They treat Silver, Gold, Titanium, and Emerald members the same, and most of the time none of us can get availability where and when we want. I wouldn't recommend it.
