The service needs a serious improvement. Breakfast took so long that it threw off our plans for sightseeing and other activities, and staff wouldn't listen or respond when we raised the delay. Room service was unreliable too. The poor efficiency and lack of responsiveness made the stay disappointing and affected our schedule and convenience.

We arrived at 9pm, as we'd told them we would, and found out they had given our reserved room to someone else. They'd said the late arrival was no problem, but there was no customer service when we got there. We were left without anywhere to stay that night. Do not book here.

I got there at 2:30 in the morning and found they had booked out the rooms I'd reserved earlier. Worst hotel I've ever been to.
10/10
The whole stay at the Company Service hotel was peaceful. The staff were very polite and helpful, and I had a wonderful experience.
4/10
There was a lot of noise in the middle of the night, and I found the receptionist a bit rude. The building also doesn't have the hotel's name on it.
