The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities, and the staff were helpful. Citadel Hotel is in a very convenient spot, close to the railway station, Goa airport, and mormugao port, which made getting around easy. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to people visiting the area. Thanks to mani team's.

A reasonably priced place, with a restaurant inside and several more nearby. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, and the staff are very courteous. You can walk to the hotel from Vasco railway station.

They gave me a super deluxe room, but it didn’t look deluxe at all. They made a fool of the customer.

Citadel Hotel is the oldest hotel in Vasco, and its location close to the railway station is a real advantage. You can see its historic character, but the rooms and the rest of the building are quite old and need a thorough renovation. A full revamp would make the stay much better.

The rooms are big, but they weren’t properly maintained. I booked one night and barely slept because there were too many bed bugs, the bedspread was unclean, and mosquitoes were in the room. I had no other option that night. I strongly recommend not booking or staying here.
