The Classic Verna Hotel

It’s an average hotel in Verna’s industrial area, and since it’s the only one around, there aren’t many choices. Check-in was quick and smooth. The rooms are huge and could fit four guests, though I wouldn’t recommend that many. The bathrooms aren’t great, and the old bedsheets didn’t look clean. Our AC started leaking, and despite asking, they never recharged the DTH, so we couldn’t use it. Breakfast is included at the restaurant, but there were only two options and the food tasted average.

A comfortable, clean place that’s managed well. The service was excellent and everything went smoothly. Reliable and professional, with good comfort and value. Recommended.

I came to Goa for work and stayed here. Mr Nair, the GM, was especially supportive, polite, and guest friendly. He personally checked on my well-being and made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was neat and clean, and housekeeping regularly provided what I needed. Room service, amenities, and basic facilities were very good, and the staff were polite and friendly. The restaurant is a concern, though. The food needs improvement, the choices are almost the same every day, and they need trained restaurant staff who understand etiquette and room service. I’d still recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Verna as a preferred place to stay for a better experience.

A good choice for a work trip in Verna Industrial Estate. It’s well maintained, with neat, clean rooms, and both the housekeeping and reception teams were helpful and friendly. You can walk to the highway from the hotel.
