After more than 10 business stays here, I’ve found this hotel and its staff very good. They keep a good standard at a lower price, and the room cleanliness is top notch. At check-in and check-out, the reception team always greeted me warmly and treated me with respect. Manager Kedar was especially helpful with booking, and Deepa at the front desk responded very quickly to requests. Vinod and the rest of his evening dining team served everyone with a smile, and the morning dining team was good too. They all work with dedication. A very good hotel if you’re looking for budget and cleanliness, go for it without doubt. Thanks to flora grand team for making every visit comfortable.

Gulf Air overbooked my flight and asked me to stay here for a day while they sorted it out. What could've been a hassle turned into a really pleasant surprise. Deepa at reception was lovely, spoke perfect English, and helped with any problems. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the chef did a great job. My room was clean and spacious. The Flora Grand is one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in.

We slept really well on the comfortable bed, and the room was spotless. The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from, including fresh local options. Deepa and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is close enough to walk to the city center, but it stays quiet at night. We had a wonderful three-night stay.

Alfiya at the front desk made a real difference. She was professional and supportive, guided us through the stay, and made checkout smooth and hassle-free. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which suited our corporate booking well. I appreciated the service and would happily consider Flora Grand again on future official trips to Vasco. I'd recommend it to other business travelers too.

The restaurant food was outstanding, and room service was great. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable after a day out. The staff were friendly, efficient, and ready to help. Alfia was especially warm and attentive, and went out of her way to make things right. I had a fantastic stay at Flora Grand in Vasco da Gama, and would recommend it to anyone visiting. Five stars.
