The complimentary breakfast was really delicious, and we could rent a bike from the same place at a reasonable price. The surroundings were very peaceful, and the beach was about a five-minute walk away. The staff were helpful with everything. An amazing experience!

We’ve already stayed here twice, and it has a warm, homely feel. The breakfast is great, with home-cooked options. It’s in South Goa, very close to Palolem & Agonda beach, and away from the madness of north goa. The owner Aniket is friendly and lives right next to the property. A really warm experience.

The seafood is especially good, and the veg and non-veg food are both very tasty. The preparation was really aflatoon. I’ve been visiting and staying here for the last six years, and the service has been fantastic, with an excellent, courteous staff. The rooms are tidy and neatly done, and from check-in through checkout they make us feel at home.

The breakfast was delicious and served on time. The rooms were clean, spacious, well maintained, and had comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and attentive, and responded promptly when guests needed something.

If you’re booking with children, beware. The owner lady may start shouting at the top of her voice that guests are there. The complimentary breakfast is just one kerala parota, a fruit bowl, and tea. When I asked about it, she replied rudely that this was breakfast. Preference is given to foreign nationals, so please keep that in mind before booking.
