The rooms were comfortable and everything was arranged thoughtfully, with a peaceful feel that made it easy to relax. The property is cute, cozy, and beautifully maintained, and it felt like home right away. Swella, Juwela, Sejal, Rina, Bhushan, and Munni took wonderful care of us. Their warmth and attentiveness made a real difference, and they went out of their way to keep us comfortable and happy. Thanks as well to the host for making such a welcoming space. Can’t wait to return.

Munni kept the rooms clean and tidy, Sejal made check-in easy and handled our extra requests promptly, and Sujata helped with our in-room needs with a smile. The staff were exceptional and made the stay memorable. This family-friendly hotel in Goa exceeded our expectations and made our getaway really enjoyable. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable serviced apartments.

A few things for the kitchenette and little inhouse store would help with last-minute hunger, like eggs, milk, dahi, plus some basic spices and oils. Apart from that, we had an excellent weekend stay. The rooms were cozy and had thoughtful touches, including stickers on switches and a clothes drying rack. Ms. Rina cooked a delicious, nutritious breakfast. Gobinda, Arabinda, Prabin, and Sunil were courteous and ready to help. Ms. Isabella had the warmest smile, and my daughter loved her. Ms. Munni was full of life and incredibly helpful, from helping with my daughter to helping load my laundry into the washing machine. Sejal, Sujata, Swella, and Juwela from the admin staff made everything from booking through checkout smooth. Bhushan ji from security helped with luggage, drivers, and zomato orders too.

The attached kitchen in the rooms was useful, and the place felt safe with 24×7 security. It’s just a 5-7 mins scooty ride from beach marjoda. For people travelling with infants, they also provide a stroller. Staff were soft-spoken, kind, and ready to help at any time. Breakfast was good quality, and they have contacts for scooty and car rentals. Tree House Blue has reasonable rates and is a great hotel for the area. There’s also a store with maggie, packed food, and swimwear for the pool and beach, all paid. If you’re travelling with small children, rent a car because the daytime sun can be a problem. Overall, it’s a comfortable, hygienic place to stay.
