Volaan remembered that I’d asked for poha, even though it wasn’t on the breakfast menu, and arranged it for the next morning. That small gesture made me feel valued. Vaibhav also gave us useful advice and was helpful throughout, and the receptionist, whose name I didn’t get, was kind and welcoming. We had delicious breakfast and lunch here, and the chef did a great job. The hotel is decent, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are calm, polite, and helpful. Don’t underestimate this place. It may not do much social media or marketing, but the experience was genuinely good, and beautiful beaches are easy to reach.

The buffet had plenty of variety, and most of the dishes were delicious and good value for money. The ambience was neat and clean, and the staff were attentive and helpful, working hard to keep things running smoothly. Thank you 👍🙏

We had a comfortable, relaxing stay in the family room at tree house stamp near Benaulim Beach. It was large, clean, and gave all of us plenty of room to unwind. The staff were polite and helpful, and the food was tasty and reasonably priced, so eating in was convenient. The location made it easy to get to the beach and nearby attractions, and there was ample parking for our road trip. A great-value stay for families looking for comfort and good service in South Goa. We’d stay again.

Madgao railway station is nearby and makes it convenient to reach many of the surrounding beaches. The resort has a pleasant ambience and is clean and hygienic, with transport and driver services available in one click. Mr . Balveer singh and the rest of the staff were cordial, attentive, and supportive, always serving guests with a smile. The food was awesome too. Chef Rahul’s cooking had a blend of flavors that made us happy and satisfied. The photos are realistic, and we had a good vacation.
