The facilities were clean, top-notch, and well maintained. I especially liked the attention to safety and hygiene, which made the stay comfortable. The property is beautifully located, and I had a wonderful time here. It was a fantastic experience, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Host Ruben was genuine, friendly, and always ready to help, and the property itself was picturesque and well maintained. I booked online and found it a wonderful place with a wonderful host, and it was total value for money. It's 10 minute away from all three beaches in the area. Please go for it. Definitely recommend.

Ruben, the owner, was genuinely kind and helpful, and the location made exploring really convenient. My room was spacious and comfortable. Service was adequate, though nothing stood out in particular. I had a nice time overall.

We had a 3 nights booking, but the room allocated to us had a pillar in the middle and a queen size bed instead of a king size. Please avoid ordering from their inhouse restaurant too. The food quality was very cheap, and even the owner agreed after I complained. There's open parking under Mango trees, which leaves the windshield and the whole car sticky, so you have to clean it every time. Please avoid staying at this property.

Rubin was a really friendly, welcoming host. Before we arrived, he called to guide us, so we felt comfortable from the start. The rooms were very clean and the property was peaceful and relaxing. He also gave us some amazing recommendations for authentic Goan food nearby.
