Mr. Rajesh Thakur deserves thanks for his hospitality and management, which made our stay even better. The staff were friendly and quick to help with small requests, and the calm setting was good for unwinding and enjoying nature. Crane Valley Cottage is a short walk from Pangong Lake, with lovely views and a peaceful feel away from the usual crowd and noise. The rooms were basic, clean, and comfortable. Clean bathrooms, hot water, and parking were provided, and everything seemed well managed for this remote location. Luxury isn’t what to expect here, and connectivity is limited, which is normal for a high-altitude area like Pangong. It’s a good budget option if location, views, and quiet matter more to you than luxury comforts.

The hospitality made our high-altitude trip much easier. Staff did everything they could to keep us warm and comfortable overnight, and after a chilly day the hot meals were tasty, filling, and excellent. Waking up with Pangong Lake right outside felt surreal.

Run by two fantastic ladies, this place has clean rooms and all the facilities we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful. If you're headed to pangong, crane valley cottage is my go-to stay.

The rooms and washrooms were hygienic, and getting around to the location was easy. The staff were really nice and accommodating. It was cold, but the camp's clever use of blankets helped a lot. Food was the weak point for us, an average 3/5. Still, it was a decent stay and we’d recommend it.
