The food stood out, especially the Paneer dishes amd chicken, and service was prompt throughout. The whole team put real care into making guests feel comfortable and valued. My room was spotless, well kept, and very comfortable, and the hotel felt both luxurious and welcoming. Every staff member was warm and professional, attentive without being intrusive. One of my best hotel stays in Srinagar. I'd happily recommend it and plan to come back.
It's a basic, decent budget option, with small rooms and few facilities. The attached washrooms were clean, and the service was great.
We were 20 female guests and stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were nice, the facilities were really good, and the staff were humble and polite. My honest view is that this is the best hotel in the Kashmir valley.
