We had a relaxing weekend at the property, and it exceeded our expectations. Chef Darshan and his team made every meal beautifully and it all tasted fantastic. Thanks as well to GM Mr. Irfan for making us comfortable with his warm hospitality. Manager Altaf, the reception team, and Guddu and Abit were courteous, attentive, and helpful throughout. The whole team made our stay memorable, and we look forward to visiting again soon.

The service always came with a genuine smile, and it was a pleasure dealing with GM Irfan ji and the rest of the staff. Beautiful people, a beautiful property, an awesome location, and awesome food. It really felt like home away from home. We’ll come back again and again. God bless!

Mr Irfan mir was a warm, thoughtful host who did everything he could to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The front desk and restaurant staff were lovely, and everyone I met was well trained, with that ITC warmth in their service. It’s another Itc gem in srinagar, with a good location, clean surroundings, and a cozy property. I’m forgetting lots of names, but thanks to the whole team. Keep it up.

The rooms were really comfortable, and Mr Aryan from the Rainbow Restaurant service team was especially professional, polite, and encouraging. We had a lovely stay at ITC Fortune Ektanagar. I’d recommend ITC Fortune SOU to friends and family for a vacation.

The property is beautiful and well kept, with comfortable, well-appointed rooms and good food. What seemed odd was the hi-tea. On the day we arrived, it was just biscuits and cake. The next day, when a large group arrived, fritters and sandwiches suddenly appeared too. It felt underwhelming for a premium chain. If all guests are paying, why are some treated as more valuable than others?
