The meals were a real highlight, especially the fresh home-style food and fragrant Kashmiri kahwa enjoyed beside the lake. The views over Nigeen Lake were lovely in the morning and evening, and the houseboat itself had elegant, comfortable rooms with detailed woodwork that showed Kashmir's heritage. The staff were attentive and kind, handling requests promptly and making us feel at home. With its location, service, food, and accommodation, Harmukh Houseboat felt like good value. It was one of the memorable parts of our Kashmir trip, and a great way to experience the lake and Kashmiri hospitality.

The calm setting by the lake, with the mountains in view, was so peaceful. Inside, the carved wood gave the place a classy feel and reminded me of childhood. The staff were friendly and even arranged a Shikara ride. I'm vegetarian, and the food was really tasty. Mr.Zubair was welcoming and showed us carpets made at their own factory; they seemed genuine and worth the price. A beautiful, luxurious stay. Thanks, and I hope to come back.

Nigeen Lake felt wonderfully quiet, and I’d choose it over Dal Lake for a more peaceful Kashmir stay. The view from the Harmukh houseboats added a lot to the experience, and the food was excellent. Booking was easy, and the service stayed attentive throughout. Mr. Zubair came by personally to check that we were comfortable, which made the hospitality feel personal. I had a great stay and recommend this houseboat to anyone looking for a relaxing, premium experience.

This was my second time staying on the beautiful Harmukh Boat at Nigeen Lake. I first came on my own, and the place left such a strong impression that I brought my parents along on this trip so they could enjoy its quiet beauty too. Seeing them take in the peaceful surroundings made it extra special. The scenery is stunning, and the cleanliness and hospitality were just as impressive.
