The windows stretch from floor to ceiling, with a cityscape or garden view depending on the floor. Inside, there’s a comfortable king-size bed, a small sitting space and a desk. The bathroom felt fresh and spotless, with polished tiles and vanity, a clean toilet area, walk-in shower, fresh towels and toiletries. Other amenities include a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, minibar, coffee and tea maker, air conditioning and a safe.

Brown Palace has a very spacious property, and its location and service are awesome. The team gives tourists the calm they need. GM Sir, Naseer Bhai, Javed, Ehsaan, Rouf and the others all contribute.

Everyone at the hotel is so kind and polite. Naseer at reception and the general manager are very sweet, and Javed bhaiya, Ehsan bhaiya, Rouff bhaiya and all the other staff are especially polite.

Dal lake is within walking distance, and the service was very good. The rooms were OK, neat, clean and a good size. Nice hotel, with good chicken and vegetarian food.
