Hotel City Plaza is conveniently placed in Dalgate, with Dal Lake and nearby attractions easy to get to. The stay was peaceful and welcoming, and the staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and service was quick. The food was good, hospitality was great, and it was excellent value. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Srinagar.

The food was really tasty, with good vegetarian options too. Staff were cooperative and helpful, and whenever we asked for any service, they were ready to provide it. Dal Lake is just a few minutes away on foot.
