Hotel De Apple

Irfan bhaiyya made us feel like family from the moment we arrived, and I'm grateful for his hospitality. Our stay at Hotel De Apple was wonderful and very nice. Thank you!

The drivers Irfan bhaiyya arranged were polite, on time, and knew their way around, which made getting to places in Srinagar and nearby much easier. He also helped with all our sightseeing plans. The whole staff was kind and welcoming, and their care made Hotel De Apple feel like a second home. We had a comfortable, memorable stay, and I'd choose it again on another visit. Irfan bhaiyya treated us like family from the start, and I'd recommend this place for its homely feel, helpful guidance, and hospitality.

The area felt isolated and far from the main city, and dogs barked through the night, making sleep very difficult. The hotel is surrounded by a large graveyard on every side. Its so-called “valley view” is actually a graveyard view, which wasn't made clear before booking. During my seven-night stay, no drinking water was provided, so guests have to buy it. When I asked for water around 7 a.m., staff rudely told me not to call them. Their manner felt narrow-minded and unwelcoming. At checkout, they asked for extra money, saying “hume khush kar dijiye,” which felt like pressure and unprofessional conduct. It was a deeply unpleasant, uncomfortable stay, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Irfaan's friendly manner and attentive service made a real difference, from his warm welcome to the small things like prompt help and a smile. De apple Hotel felt cozy and inviting as soon as I arrived, and I left feeling valued and cared for. It pairs comfort with outstanding service, and I'd gladly recommend it to anyone looking for that kind of stay.
