The food was good, and the kitchen team kindly packed bread, butter, jam, and eggs for our early morning flight. The rooms were okay, neither fancy nor terrible, and maintenance was so-so. To switch on the electricity, they used a tea bag, which was ruined by morning, leaving us without lights. At first, the entrance, lobby, and reception made the place seem like an excellent 3 star hotel. That impression didn’t last. We arrived 30 minutes late for check-in and still had to wait while rooms were being cleaned. We left our luggage in the lobby and returned at night, but they still couldn’t give us rooms because the keys were missing. The room numbers were only decided then, so the keys hadn’t been assigned earlier and misplaced.

For our three-night stay, Hotel Royal Arabia was convenient for exploring the city on foot, thanks to its central location. The price felt reasonable for what was included. It had free Wi-Fi, hot water around the clock, and a rooftop terrace where we could relax. The property was neat and modern, the restaurant food was tasty, and the polite, attentive staff were ready to help.

The hotel has a calm atmosphere that suits families and business travelers. Its location made it easy to get around, including to nearby markets and transport. My room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Staff were cooperative and polite, especially at reception, where they were quick to help. Room service was decent, and housekeeping kept things hygienic. The food was good, though breakfast was only satisfactory and could use more choices. A little more variety would make the hotel better value. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Arabia, would recommend it, and wouldn’t mind coming back.
