I've been staying here since 2014. It feels homely, and it's a good property in a safe, nice location. The rooms are economical, the staff are helpful, and they serve breakfast. For lunch and dinner, they themselves suggested eating outside the hotel.

I paid the full amount in advance for an online booking, but the management refused me a room, saying the hotel was being renovated. I think the real reason was that it was peak season and they could charge more. What's the point of booking online if the room isn't actually confirmed? Tourists like us end up suffering.

There was no electricity for four hours in the morning, and there was no power backup. They also failed to provide the complimentary breakfast included in my OYO offer. Room service was terrible, and the water jug was dirty. A very bad hotel.

The suite rooms are spacious and have a nice feel, and the hotel is a short walk from Dal Lake. It's in a good location, but there's no food service and the service is poor.

We stayed for ten days and found it very comfortable. It's in a prime spot and, for me, the best hotel in Srinagar.
