The service felt like a government office, the food was oilier than what I ate in my engineering college mess, and it was shivering cold with no power for many hours. At the end of February we stayed one night, and it felt like one too many. We booked a presidential suite through booking.com, but were given what felt like a pigeon coop made of plywood. They'd given our booked room to someone else and didn't even apologize. I suspect most existing reviews are fake or potentially paid for. Avoid this place unless the only alternative is spending the night in the snow.
