The hotel's poor cleanliness made the stay unpleasant. Both the room and the nearby areas were dirty and not well maintained. I also had a very bad interaction with the owner. I declined the room because I didn't like it, and he responded rudely and unprofessionally, using abusive language and making what sounded like threats. Based on what happened, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Families and other travelers who want a safe, respectful place should think carefully before booking.

The worst hotel, with no service at all. You even have to pay for drinking water.

The location was hard to relax in because the area is busy, and the hotel is quite far from the city center. Wi-Fi and hot water were listed as amenities, but they weren't always available. The rooms were dusty, the sheets stained, and the bathroom dirty. Staff were slow to answer requests and didn't seem to care about our concerns. For the same price, there are much better choices in Srinagar, so I wouldn't recommend OYO 69289 Hotel Alsamad Munawara Abad, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir 190001.

My family had a bit of a problem, and the hotel owner stayed with us at the hospital for two days and two nights. I'm really thankful to him, he has a golden heart ❤️. The people at the hotel are nice, and the owner is especially supportive and helpful.
