Nida at reception and Aquib, Khushboo, Najeeb, Afreen, Sajad, and Majeeb in the restaurant looked after us at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They were well trained, mannerly, and so warm. I loved the place as soon as I checked in, and would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Srinagar.

The staff were warm, attentive, and helpful. The hotel is also within walking distance of Dal Lake. But the rooms are only average in size, and the washrooms are tiny. Breakfast is a painfully repetitive buffet, with the masala omelette possibly the best thing on offer. At 10k+, the price can sting for what you get, especially with the Radisson name attached.

This was the worst, most disgraceful experience I’ve had. The counter managers were extremely unprofessional in how they dealt with us, and the J+ Security staff didn’t even have basic manners. My vehicles were there, but the drivers weren’t allowed to sleep in them or park properly. They got no room, no food, and couldn’t even use the washroom. Hotels across India usually provide drivers with a separate room, but here there wasn’t even food or any basic facility. Tradition Blue management needs to take this seriously. The service was at the cheapest level I’ve ever seen, and the staff had absolutely no patience.

A special mention to Ms Sfreena, Ms Khushboo, Mr Sajal Bhatt, Mr Umar, Mr Mujeeb, and the many others at reception and in housekeeping.
