The food was a highlight, especially Chef Nadeem’s Chicken Kali Mirch and Lotus crispy. The staff were excellent, polite, and caring. Mohammad Aamir, the manager, and Sohail, the front office manager, were very cooperative. Aijaj, the restaurant manager, and Parvej, the F & V Manager, served us with care and warmth. Thank you for the excellent service.

The location is close to the city center, with most shops easy to reach on foot. Breakfast and dinner were good, though the variety was limited. Room service didn’t feel up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. We stayed five days, but the rooms were never cleaned, even when we asked. Water and tea or coffee sachets were replenished only on request.

The place was nice and clean, and everything else was good. I wasn’t keen on the food myself, but breakfast had enough options, so that was okay.

The food had a good range and was delicious, and the staff were quick, polite, and helpful. Our family stayed at Rose Petal Hotel, Srinagar for three nights in the last week of November 2025. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is in a good locality, about 30 minutes from Srinagar Airport. The main issue was upkeep. The curtains looked like they hadn’t been washed in months and had visible dust, while the film or sticker on the outer bathroom wall was peeling. The city was dusty during our visit, which may have played a part. We still had a pleasant stay, and it worked well for our family. More attention to cleaning and maintenance would improve it.
