We had a great six-day family holiday at Sarovar Portico Hotel in Jan 2026. The location was perfect for travelers, close to everything we needed, and our room was comfortable, with a clean modern bed, TV, and washroom. The breakfast buffet had lots of tasty veg and non-veg choices, and room service was great. The staff were friendly and kind, and made us feel welcome. Aamer, the manager, was absolutely wonderful, and Mudasir, Sajad, Saqib, Junaid, and the F&B Manager were great too. The hotel highlights were great value and high-tech. Nearby Airport. Srinagar. Safety was 100%, with security guards on duty 24 hours who were helpful and humble. Great guys, keep it up. Hope to see you soon.

The location is just right for travelers, close to everything you need, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty choices. Our room was spotlessly clean, with a modern, comfortable bed, TV, and washroom. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Aamer, the manager, was wonderful too. We had an amazing two-day stay at Sarovar Portico Hotel and would happily recommend it.

The quick, seamless check-in and check-out stood out, and the Front Desk and Restaurant staff were polite, helpful, and efficient throughout. From arrival to departure, the whole team made us feel welcome and looked after. Their service had that wonderful Kashmiri warmth.

We found the food especially good, with authentic flavors and a wide choice at the buffet. The staff were friendly and even helped pack a little food for our kids. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the city centre, and the facilities and rooms were very good. It cost 25% less than the hotels in the come curry centre area, while still feeling comfortable and good value for a relaxed, luxurious family stay.

Mr. Hilal Ahmed and the reception team showed us generous, gracious care and made our visit feel special. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Sarovar Portico Srinagar, with warmth and hospitality that we won't forget.
