We were surprised by how premium the rooms, bathrooms, shower, dining area, food, and lovely wooden interiors felt. Everything from check-in through check-out went smoothly. We had only decided at the last minute to spend one night in Srinagar after five days of travel, and although there were network problems, Humaira quickly accepted our request and blocked a room. There was some confusion about the price at first, but she patiently helped negotiate and gave us a discount, which we appreciated. The city-centre location doesn't come with a view, but the room quality and stay were excellent. This unexpected stop was a real bit of magic at the end of our trip. Mamullu magic kadhu ra chariii. We loved it and would recommend it for a comfortable stay in Srinagar.

Muskan, Aadil, Imtiyaz, and Mushraf from the dining team were especially attentive, polite, and quick to help. Their care made our trip more memorable, and the whole staff made us feel welcome and valued. We stayed as a couple for five days at Sarovar Premiere Srinagar. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained, with housekeeping arranging everything comfortably each day. The service was excellent, and the team took care of all the little details. We had a very pleasant stay, would happily return, and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Srinagar.

Rohan kept our room clean and tidy, and Rizwan at the Front desk, Adil, and Imtyaz gave us a warm welcome and were there whenever we needed something. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and getting around from the location was easy. We liked the hospitality and service and would love to come back soon.

The breakfast had a very good spread, and the hotel is close to Dal Lake. We could also walk to lal chowk market at night, which made the location really convenient. We stayed the first two nights of our trip and got to experience snowfall in Srinagar on the second day. Service felt like a 5 star hotel, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The one issue was a smell in the toilet that was there all the time.

Umar and rizwan from the front office and imtiyaz the bell boy were really good, and the whole team was cooperative. Service was excellent and the food delicious. It's a very good property in a prime part of Srinagar, with attractive, quite large rooms. Superb experience, must visit.
