The location is prime and the rooms are budget friendly, though I wish they were a little cleaner. You get what you pay for, and it's an affordable stay in a great spot.

For this price, this was the best option I've found in Srinagar. The bed was especially neat and clean, which is rare in this range, and everything else was alright too. The staff were polite and responsible. Mr. Imtiaz, the owner, was particularly gentle, caring, and helpful. He made our stay and travel fabulous.

Imtiaz sir made our week with family especially memorable. He helped plan our outings, arranged a cab each day, shared handy advice about food, shopping, and travel, and was always available when we had questions. On Eid, he even hosted us for a dinner of authentic Kashmiri food. His kindness and care stood out throughout our stay. The location was convenient for exploring Srinagar and taking day trips nearby. Our room was spacious and tidy, with a TV, WiFi, and an attached bathroom with hot water. We had a wonderful stay and I'd highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Srinagar.

The restaurant on the Ground Floor served good food, and the rooms and washrooms were neat and clean. There was 24*7 electricity, a geyser for hot water, and a wardrobe for belongings. Cab facilities for sightseeing were also available from the owner. It's a budget hotel in a prime spot near Lal Chowk. The owner, Imtiaz uncle, deserves special credit for the good hospitality. All the staff were polite, respectful, and ready to help. I was highly satisfied with their behavior and hospitality, and had a good experience overall.
