The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a pristine bathroom, and housekeeping kept it refreshed each day. The lobby, restaurant, and elevators were just as clean and well kept. I also enjoyed the comfortable bed, gym, and dining options. Mr Fazzil n staff 🫡 made the stay feel personal. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk welcomed me warmly. Everyone I met was friendly and attentive, whether offering local attraction suggestions or taking care of a small request. The oasis was one of my best hotel experiences, and I’d happily return. The amenities, service, and cleanliness made it a standout choice.

If you’re after a peaceful place and warm hospitality, this hotel is a good choice. Mrs.Anu, the manager, was very nice and friendly, and caretakers Aqib and Mumtaz were polite and looked after us well. The staff’s friendly behaviour made it feel like home. We had a great time and I’d recommend it.

Ahad bhai cooked food that was beyond excellent, and the rooms were lovely and very comfortable. We met the owner, Mr. Mansoor, who was accommodating and helped with the Srinagar details we needed. We also hired their excellent driver, Farooq bhai, for trips around Srinagar and to Pahalgam. The hospitality and food make this a place I highly recommend.

I loved my stay. It felt more like home than a hotel, with clean rooms, tidy beds and sheets, hygienic bathrooms, and excellent food. The staff were very courteous and the service felt personal. I’d highly recommend it to everyone.

One of the best stays we had in Kashmir, with great food and amazing hospitality. Anu and the staff did a fabulous job and treated guests like members of their own household. Aqib mumtaz. It was a great experience.
