The rooms were the weakest part of the stay, with creaking floors. There was a grid electricity connection that powered the AC, which made the weather bearable. The houseboat views and ambiance were worth 5 stars, while the food gets 3 since it was decent at best.

Mr Bashir, our Boat Captain, was genial, friendly, and efficient, and made sure every detail was handled. My family and I also found the room facilities good, with all the comforts provided. The food was homely, plentiful, and topclass, and the personal service at this houseboat was exemplary.

There are two ways to reach the Houseboat: take a shakara from Najeeb Ghat-1, or go around the back, where you can safely park your car at the guest house. Our room was clean and air conditioned, and the bathroom had all the basic amenities and was clean too. Bilal was always available and ready to help, and the food he served was fresh, tasty, and like homemade.

Bilal sir even picked up our food from the delivery guy, and got us tea early before we left for the airport. He was always smiling, and we appreciated all his help. The staff were friendly and cordial throughout our beautiful, cosy stay on the Nigeen lake. Our dinner was homemade and amazing.

The food was exceptional, with an extensive spread for both dinner and breakfast. We celebrated our wedding Honeymoon here and Mr. FAROOK made it memorable, preparing a sweet delight and helping us during our stay. He also made us a beautiful frame of our picture together, then went the extra mile and provided two frames this time. Wangnoo Sheraton Group of Houseboats the Trees was magical. We visited this property, a testament to how much we loved it. Definitely coming again Inshallah. Thank you for making our day so memorable.
