I gave up after waiting half an hour without getting anything. Idli should be quick to serve, not take forever. The dining service, cleanliness, and parking all left me wondering where to start.

I booked through makemytrip for Rs. 862 because I wanted an affordable stay, but on arrival the hotel said the online price was wrong and demanded extra. The hotel is maintained by oyo, so I called them. They could only suggest other hotels and wouldn’t help guarantee the price. The representative was rude and unprofessional. makemytrip then agreed to reimburse the extra I’d have to pay. Things got worse when I woke up itching in the middle of the night and found bed bugs in the room. There was a swarm of them under a flashlight, including some of the biggest I’ve ever seen. The receptionist first told me casually to put up with it for the night. After I showed him how large they were, he offered another room. I ended up sleeping on the floor. I’m attaching a photo of the AC’s condition and one of the bugs I found in my clothes after changing rooms.

We came for lunch and had the meals. It was simple food, but very tasty, and the people were helpful. The ambience was very basic, but it was a joy to eat there.

This place was operating under the name Udupi hotel. Please avoid it. The restaurant and bathroom are awful, worse than a public toilet.

The washrooms are hopeless, the place is very dirty, and the food doesn’t taste good. Service takes an extremely long time. The parking is so unruly that someone else’s car tire got damaged.
