Breakfast was good, though we had to ask for an empty table to be cleaned, and several others were left uncleared too. The room and bathroom were basic, as expected, but clean, and the bed was comfortable. We also had to repeatedly request simple things like a bath mat, so the service needs work. That fell short of what I’d expect from a House of Tatas brand.

The restaurant team deserves a special mention for taking care of our Jain food needs and making sure our parents were happy. The food was delicious, and Biswajeet, Malay, Sonu, and the rest of the staff made us feel welcome. We had a wonderful stay, thank you, Ginger hotels.

The check-in was easy, and Mr aditya and malay at reception were especially polite, soft-spoken, and good at their jobs. The rooms were nice, and all the staff were helpful and courteous. Ginger surat CC is in a prime spot in the city. I’ll gladly come back and recommend it to friends and family.

Mr Aditya and Malay at reception were cooperative and spoke very politely. I stayed at ginger surat for the first time, and both the room and staff made for a great experience. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Malay at the front desk was a very good host, and the food was tasty. Our room was reasonably priced, clean, and had all the essentials, including a refrigerator, locker, cupboard, sofa, bed, and a study table with a rotating chair. Ginger Surat is opposite Surat railway station and makes a nice place to stay when visiting surat.
