At hotel czar inn, the owner, m.r, personally looked after the guests. He was very polite, and we had a great stay.

The room was comfortable and well equipped, and the hotel was clean, roomy, and stylish. Staff were attentive and quick, and the price felt good for the service. I was really pleased with the stay and hope to return for longer next time ❤️❤️. The location and surroundings were lovely, and the staff made a great first impression. Everything about the hotel felt exceptional.

Please don't book this place. I stayed for three days, and wanted to cancel on the first day, but the reservation couldn't be refunded. The rooms are cramped, with barely a foot of space around the bed, and there's no proper mirror. The phone didn't work, tap water was salty, and you have to order food from outside. This is the worst hotel I've ever visited, totally third-rate.

At 2000 per night, the special rate I got through Jain Samaj wasn't worth it, and I wouldn't recommend this place to families. It's a tiny hotel on the fourth floor of an average shopping mall, with very small rooms and passages that feel like train compartments. The lift wasn't working, hygiene was a major concern, the ambience was below average, and there's no view to expect.

The owners were amazing, and the staff were good. The place had a lovely atmosphere and suitable hygiene. I had a fabulous stay and would recommend it for any kind of visit. 🌻
