Hotel Galaxy

I handed my key to the reception manager at 9:00 AM before going out and specifically asked for the room to be cleaned. When I came back at 7:50 PM, nothing had been done. The room was exactly as I’d left it. When I raised this with the manager, he didn’t apologize. Instead, he questioned me aggressively and repeatedly, as if I’d done something wrong. I felt like I was the employee being interrogated, rather than a paying guest. It was rude, unprofessional, and pathetic. I’ve never experienced such a lack of basic hospitality. If you expect respect and value your time, don’t stay here.

The location was very convenient, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. But the staff’s consistently harsh manner and lack of quality service overshadowed those positives. A truly disappointing experience.

The hotel felt old, poorly maintained, and badly managed, and I wouldn’t recommend it. There was no jet spray, and despite repeated complaints we couldn’t get proper hot water. After asking again and again, we got just one bucket. No staff were available to help with our problems. The open parking left our car covered in pigeon droppings. Breakfast was pathetic and repetitive, just poha and butter bread every day.

The worst hotel. There’s no service, and they still wouldn’t clean the room after I called multiple times.
