It’s easy to get to the station, city centre, stadium, and shopping arena from this central spot. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The reviews and overall rating led me to book this hotel, but they seem misleading, or possibly fake. Read the negative reviews before booking. Fabhotel’s customer service was a real pain to reach, and the support number wasn’t accessible. They answered right away only when I chose the option for a “new reservation,” then kept transferring my call. When we arrived, the hotel wouldn’t take responsibility for a booking made on the Fabhotels website and told us to contact Fabhotels ourselves. Don’t make the same mistake of booking through Fabhotel. You can end up helpless. The customer service and support are zero.

The staff were so good and respectful, and the hotel itself is very nice. Hope all visitors come and stay here. Happy journey.

The rooms were pathetic and unhygienic, with insects flying around and taps that leaked. With service this bad, I don’t understand how they can call themselves a 3-star hotel. The worst experience ever. I’ll never recommend it to anyone!

The room was large, and breakfast room service was nice. The hotel itself was nice, though it could’ve been a bit cleaner.
