Hotel King's Heritage by OYO Rooms

We only stayed one day, and the suite didn't feel like a suite at all. When we arrived at 2 pm, the room wasn't ready, and the tiled floor was wet and had a bad smell. We waited outside with the door open for about 20 minutes for it to dry. The hotel itself is good, but I wouldn't book the suite. The regular rooms might be better. Hotel Element is another property close by, and I'd suggest that instead.

The manager didn't properly respond when I raised what happened, and he was playing games on his phone with no apparent concern. At check-in, I was given a twin room even though I'd booked a Deluxe Room with a King Size Bed in person the day before. My check-in was a little late, but that didn't explain the room change. The receptionist said flatly that it was the only room available, and I could stay or pay and check out. There was no apology or attempt to sort it out. This was very unprofessional, and I strongly don't recommend the hotel for corporate stays or families. Poor management and customer service.

The front desk staff were rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to answer even simple questions, making guests seem like a burden. For what they charge, the service isn't acceptable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
