Hotel Havelock Gateway

The pool was a lovely place to relax, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The property feels modern and clean, and the food was tasty at reasonable prices. We had a wonderful stay at Havelock Gateway, and it’s great value compared with the super expensive resorts. It’s close to the jetty, so I’d recommend it for families and couples wanting a comfortable stay. Gateway really is a gateway for Havelock 🙂 I’d definitely come back.

The pool has a fun, relaxed feel, with music and a nice atmosphere for spending time with family. The staff were very polite and quick whenever I asked for help. Breakfast and dinner were well prepared, and service was fast. Being able to order food from the hotel restaurant to the room was really convenient. A nice stay, with good service and tasty food.

The room needed better cleaning because I saw some creepy-crawlies, and the AC ceiling needed work too. It needs continuous maintenance. I didn’t use the pool, though it looked nice. In the bathroom, a curtain or some kind of barrier between the shower and toilet would help keep everything from getting wet. More hooks would be good too.

Mr. Sunny Rana deserves a special mention for the care he showed throughout my stay. He made sure guests were comfortable, and his dedication and professionalism really stood out. The hotel’s service was warm and positive across departments, with genuine attention to each guest. The food was outstanding, fresh, tasty, and well prepared. I’m extremely impressed with the whole experience at Havelock Highway Hotel, and I really mean it when I say the stay was excellent. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Havelock.
