We booked two days ahead and called to make sure a late check-in would be okay. When we arrived, the staff claimed there were no rooms, then finally 'found' one only after we reminded them about that call. The service felt very unprofessional, and the poor hygiene made the stay stressful. The sheets were extremely dirty and gave us rashes. There were broken bathroom taps and lots of mosquitoes in the room. Despite repeated requests, the staff refused to change the sheets and didn't give us towels either. Definitely not worth the stress or money. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The property itself is decent, which makes it a shame that the staff are ruining it. From the moment you arrive, they meet you with hostility instead of hospitality. Staying there feels like a paid nightmare, with the most unprofessional team I've ever dealt with. A complete waste of money and a sure way to ruin your trip.

The location was good, and the reception service was good too. It's a no-frills place, though, and even the water bottle costs extra. Hot water takes some waiting since they manage the geysers centrally. I booked a single room, but had to wait quite a while for basics like a towel and soap. The rooms hadn't been cleaned, and there were mosquitoes.

Agoda deducted the payment right away for my online booking through the We go platform, but the hotel reception wouldn't accept it for an OYO Room, saying they didn't have OYO Rooms. We ended up checking in at another hotel nearby.

The interior is beautiful, the place looks great, and the rates are good. Service was good too. It's within walking distance of National Highway, which is useful for visitors to KL UNIVERSITY and MANIPAL HOSPITAL.
