Fabhotel Prime The Golden Plaza

We especially enjoyed the food, which was tasty and satisfying, and the Posto Bora was something special. Sri Montotosh Garai deserves a mention for his duty-bound, gentle and polite manner, and the staff overall were well behaved. Our cosy room was comfortable and very clean, and the hotel’s location is distinctive and not far from MaaTara temple. We spent two nights at the "Golden Plaza Hotel " in Tarapith and enjoyed the spiritual atmosphere while offering "Puja to Tara Maa" and seeking her blessings. It was our first visit, and we hope to return soon. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tarapith.

The food was a highlight, fresh, very tasty, and almost home-cooked. Staff were polite, respectful, and always available to help. The rooms were neat, comfortable, and well maintained, with rates around ₹2000-₹2500. The convenient location, just a short walk from the Mandir, made it easy for us to visit without travel hassles. A very good choice near the temple, and definitely worth the stay. 🌸🙏

The roadside rooms have a giant glass window with a view of the streets, and there’s a porch on every floor where you can spend the evening. Rooms were good, cleanliness was good, and amenities were provided, including complimentary items, a smart TV, and free wifi. The hospitality was very good too. A good hotel.

Our stay in room 307 was a very bad experience. The cups were cracked, there was no soap, and the geyser had been switched off. The TV turned on and was shown as uploaded in the application, but then it didn’t work. We were given just one towel at first, and got a second only after asking. Agoda clearly has no auditing system, I’m sure. I’ll probably never book through Agoda again and will remove the application. 18 Jan 2026
