Hotel Tanushree by OYO Rooms

The lift runs from morning until night, and the AC worked well through the night. They’ll provide an extra blanket and pillow if you need them, but extra bedding isn’t available. The staff are helpful and polite.

Booking was easy and smooth, and the rooms were very neat and clean. When we arrived, both the room and washroom smelled lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful, and arranged everything we needed during the stay. We had a very good stay in Tarapith at an affordable price, with excellent service. We’re planning to return to the same place whenever we visit Tarapith.

The staff were unhelpful and behaved very aggressively. They also tried to threaten me. This was the worst experience of my life. Please never book this hotel.

We were given a satisfactory room in the mid-range category, but the service wasn’t very good. The map listing says WiFi is available, though there was no WiFi. I called reception about an issue and got no answer, so I had to take the stairs down to the ground floor because the lift had been turned off.
