We had a great view of the great Buddha statue and plenty of room to park in the large compound. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the heater in each room kept us cozy after the cold weather. Our host arranged transport to Holy waterfalls and Bumla and lent us an umbrella for the rain. Everyone was kind and friendly, and we had a comfortable, happy stay. We really appreciated the hospitality and would recommend the hotel to people visiting Tawang.

The rooms are spacious, but cleanliness was a real problem. The sheets had stains, the mat by the bed looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months, and the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned either.

I wouldn’t recommend this motel. The rooms are big, but not very clean, and the washroom was in bad shape, with a nonfunctional washbasin. The switches were loose and poorly maintained. Power cuts happened repeatedly without proper backup or an inverter. Food was just okay, and the staff weren’t great or quick to deal with the problems we reported.

The location was ideal, but even after staff moved us to a deluxe room, the dirt was still there. The first bedroom was horrific, with stained sheets and hairs, dirty floors, and a dusty carpet covered in debris. The bathroom was just as bad, with stains on the toilet bowl and sink.
