Apple Orchard Resort

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, thanks to staff who were consistently polite, helpful, and cheerful. The food was a real highlight too, freshly prepared and delicious at every meal. Our room was spacious and attractive, with lovely views, and the whole property was clean and carefully maintained. Dhanaulti’s peaceful setting made it easy to unwind, and the stay was more than I’d hoped for. I’d recommend this place for a relaxing break and am already looking forward to coming back.

The room had everything we needed, and it was clean and well cared for. We also ate well, the food was fresh and tasty. The staff were friendly and quick to help throughout our stay. With beautiful views all around, it’s a great spot to relax.

The poor road and difficult access made getting to the hotel a hassle, especially since there isn’t proper parking for guests arriving by car. Our room also felt unsafe and wasn’t maintained well, which made the stay uncomfortable. Basic standards for guest convenience and safety were missing. I had a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience and wouldn’t recommend it to families or anyone wanting a comfortable, uncomplicated stay.

The facilities advertised when we booked, including a swimming pool and green recreation area, were either unavailable or not kept as promised. That was especially frustrating given what we paid, and the stay didn’t match the experience advertised. Service was also well below expectations: staff seemed unprofessional and didn’t respond to us. Breakfast was poor, with some items seeming undercooked and short on both flavor and quality. Management should improve the service and food, and be clear about which facilities guests can actually use. Based on our stay at Apple Orchid Resort, Dhanaulti, I can’t recommend the property.
