The scenery here is breathtaking, and the setting has a cinematic feel. We spent five days at Himalaya Camp and Resort while filming our new short series, and it worked really well for both creative work and relaxing. The staff were very supportive and arranged everything we needed for the shoot. The North Indian and Chinese starters were great too, and the food quality overall impressed us. A peaceful mountain escape, and a great stay for our team.

We stopped for a late lunch, so I can’t speak to the rooms or tents. The meal was average, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The building looks lovely, and the location is beautiful, right on the path between the eco park and Sarkunda Devi temple. My biggest issue was the shared bathroom next to the restaurant. It was extremely unkempt, so we couldn’t use it.

The views, quiet atmosphere, food, and especially the people made our stay at Himalaya Camp and Resort unforgettable. Mr. Ajay Bhandari was so kind and hospitable. At such a low price, even just having you there felt like service at the Taj, Mumbai! And that Mumbai style Triple Sezunzun Chicken Rice you made yourself was out of this world. Thanks for making our trip memorable. We’ll definitely be back soon.

We stayed for three days and two nights and really enjoyed it. The property is lovely and well located, about 3 KM from ECO Park and the same distance from Surkanda Devi Mandir. You can walk either way and enjoy the scenery. The staff were good, and so was the food.

The food was really tasty, and the staff showed great hospitality. The owner even helped transport the things we left behind, which showed a lot of trust. They also arranged a bornfire for us. A beautiful property in a lovely location, and one I’d definitely suggest.
