For a room budget of around ₹1,500-₹2,000, DS Valley Hotel is a great option if you want a good room. I stayed for three days and found it comfortable and enjoyable. The staff explained everything clearly and shared useful details about nearby places and activities, including rafting, which made the trip more fun. The day and night receptionists were polite, helpful, and honest. Thanks to the DS Valley Hotel staff and management for the great service.

We had a great weekend in Rishikesh at D S Valley and would happily return. The room was neat and comfortable, the surroundings were peaceful, and breakfast at the property was a nice start before sightseeing. Its location near Tapovan, Ram Jhula, and the Ganga made getting around convenient.

We chose D S Valley after seeing the online reviews, and it turned out to be a good call. It was quiet around the hotel, just what we wanted for a peaceful break away from traffic and noise. The room was clean, the food was fresh, and the comfort came at a reasonable price. A good option in Rishikesh.

The price jumped to ₹2500 this time, up from the roughly ₹1000 to ₹1200 the hotel charged until 2024, and the service was awful. The place has really gone downhill since 2023. Our bedsheets were dirty and the rooms felt unhygienic. There was no water from day two, so we had to get by without it for two full days. The staff were unprofessional, and the skinny receptionist was rude and arrogant, though the other receptionist was comparatively better. Such a steep increase with this kind of mismanagement. A total waste of money, avoid it.

We found DS Valley quiet and relaxing, with spacious, clean rooms and a calm atmosphere. It felt safe and well cared for, and would suit families, couples, or solo travelers. The host and staff were polite, helpful, and professional, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. Parking, hot water, and power backup were all available without trouble. It's easy to reach despite the peaceful location, and felt like good value for a budget-friendly stay with premium service.
