A really amazing hotel in all of Rishikesh. I'd recommend it if you're looking for somewhere suitable for all kinds of travelers.

The bathroom tap was broken, and so was the bathroom itself. We also weren't given even one bottle of water. Since we'd booked and paid ahead through Agoda, the owner put us in a third-class room and seemed to take advantage of the fact that we couldn't easily cancel or switch hotels at the last minute. It was peak travel time and I was with my family. When we weren't happy, the owner told us to find another hotel, even though it wouldn't be easy to find one. There was no basic service or courtesy, and it didn't feel worth the money. I found the owner rude and unprofessional. Our room had been listed without saying it was non-AC. At check-in, the owner refused to give us an AC room. We argued for nearly two hours before he finally agreed, but by then the evening was ruined. This was the worst hotel experience we've ever had. I wouldn't trust this place or recommend it to families. Avoid it.

The room was good, and the team provided great service. Mr Vinod was especially kind and polite. I highly recommend them to the community.
